Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Trackable service with delivery confirmation
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking available for most destinations
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our Style Advisors at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your French Connection pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (unless faulty)
- Jewellery & Watches that have had their security tags removed
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our Style Advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack items in original packaging if possible, including your order number and RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our address (provided in authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing depends on your financial institution)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
