At French Connection Sales Store, we want you to love your Parisian-inspired fashion as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchanges policy is designed with the same elegance and care as our collections.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (unless faulty) or jewellery & watches that have had their security tags removed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Style Advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including your order number and RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing depends on your financial institution)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
